In worldwide pyrotechnics shows, we're there insuring risk and protecting the integrity of the performance.
Stability is what matters most to pyrotechnics companies, whether they’re mom-and-pop shops that sell fireworks locally or large firms that power the world’s premiere displays. Britton Gallagher provides pyrotechnics insurance to companies in our own back yard and across the globe. Our risk solutions are specially designed to meet the needs of our diverse client base. We know our clients well because we’ve been around in this industry for a long time. We help them achieve their ultimate goal: to assure that their worst-case scenarios are covered by a firm that “gets” who they are and what they do. Britton Gallagher is that firm.
Who we serve. Our customers are retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers and display companies. They’re using miles of electronic cable for displays—thousands of launch tubes. We have insured the Olympics in Atlanta and Beijing, and North America’s largest pyrotechnics display, Thunder Over Louisville.
We’re not all show. Our behind-the-scenes operations are why clients choose to work with us. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting with our clients so we can get to know their businesses from the inside out and understand their exposures. As our clients evolve, we develop programs that suit their needs.
Promoting advocacy and raising standards. Our leadership is deeply involved at the association level, serving the American Pyrotechnics Association’s transportation committee and the American Fireworks Standards Laboratory (AFSL). Our practice leader, Eric Treend, was invited as the insurance representative serving this committee because he and Britton Gallagher are personally and professionally invested in this industry and its people.
