Account Coordinator-Benefits Division

Britton Gallagher is currently accepting applications for an Employee Benefits Account Coordinator.  This is an entry level position that supports the Employee Benefits Team and builds foundational skills to move to higher level roles.   

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a strong willingness to learn, a propensity for details and accuracy, and highly competent customer service skills.  A positive attitude focused on supporting team results.  Capable of working independently in accomplishing tasks and as team member.   Above average interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Duties include:

Support Benefits Consultants and Account Managers in processing and marketing of business including preparation of proposals and presentation material and maintaining customer files.  Assist customers with service inquiries related to enrollment, billing, and claims.  

Education/Licenses/Experience:

Health care insurance experience preferred but not necessary. 

A valid Ohio Health and Life License preferred or willingness to pursue.  Should possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word.

Account Manager-Executive Solutions

Duties include:

Training to develop into the primary client interface in managing a book of business that consists of leading account renewal and marketing functions, analyzing coverage needs, negotiating program terms and pricing, as well as preparing and presenting proposals.  Assist clients with their daily servicing needs, including managing account documentation and correspondence, processing policy transactions, maintaining the client database system, and general interactions with carriers and staff personnel.

Client Associate-Personal Risk Management Group

Britton Gallagher is currently seeking candidates for a full time entry-level Client Associate Position in our Personal Risk Management Practice. This position provides client service and team support and offers a long term career opportunity for growth within the practice.

Qualifications:

An individual must have a strong work ethic, be detail focused, possess excellent computer skills, and must be able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple task assignments. Must be confident in interacting with our carriers and clients while possessing exceptional oral and written communication skills. 

Duties include:

The responsibilities include working closely team members in processing policy transactions and endorsements, preparing policy summaries and binders, creating correspondence, accurately maintaining the client database system, and proactively managing follow-up with carriers and clients.

Education/Software/Experience:
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Property & Casualty License or willing to pursue. Personal insurance client service experience preferred, but not required.

Britton Gallagher is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our group benefits team as a Voluntary Benefits Coordinator. 

 

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully an individual must have superior customer service skills.  Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and be characterized as one who thrives in fast pace environment.  The ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential to this position.

Duties include:

Supporting the Voluntary Benefits Consultant in processing and marketing of business including preparation of proposals and presentation material.  Maintaining accurate and complete customer files.  Assisting customers with service inquiries related to enrollment, billing, and claims.   Facilitating the enrollment process including assembling enrollment packets, entering online registrations, and preparing spreadsheets.

Education/Licenses/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-3 years relevant administrative support experience.  A valid Ohio Health and Life License or willingness to pursue.  Should possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, & Word.
